Now a day’s its very risky to leave your PC ON even for half
an hour and if anyone tries to access your PC, you don't even get notified.
If you're a little worried about someone using your
computer, and want to catch them in the act, Mouse Lock is a simple web app
that snaps a picture when someone moves the mouse.
This website will mail you on your Gmail account including
the person's picture which will be taken automatically using your Laptop's
webcam (If you have webcam) or it just notifies.
You can use many types of software’s for this type of
security (go here for mouse lock softwares. But, I am recommending this
website because it is very simple browser solution that doesn't require any
real set up. If you can't lock your screen completely. But, it just notifies.
- Just go to this site and sign in using your Gmail account.
- Now select an unlock code from 1 to 10.
- Then place your mouse cursor into the slot and click.
- That's it, now you may leave your PC and take a break.
- After coming back, do check your mail to see if someone tried to access or not.
