Definitely this one is better cause you don't have to waste time downloading any additional software to disable those unwanted startup apps.

- Click on the Start button, then in the search box, type msconfig and then press Enter Key.
- From the System Configuration tool, click on the Startup tab and then just uncheck the program boxes.
- Then click on Apply and you are done.
That's it, now restart your PC and you won't see those unwanted startup programs again.
